SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Order processing and verification typically takes 2-3 business days depending on demand levels and product shortages.

The expected time of arrival is 3-5 business days once your order has been fulfilled. This is an estimate. Shipping may take longer depending on the method of shipping selected. 

Presale orders may take up to 3 weeks to ship. If you buy in-stock items and presale items in one order, your order will be held until all items are ready and will then be shipped together. 

You will always receive an email once your order is processed as well as a tracking number.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING CUSTOM FEES- You as the buyer, if you are buying from out of the United States,  are responsible for all custom and import fees with any purchase from Camaj Fiber Arts.  We will not mark anything as a gift or sample, unless is it truly a gift or sample.   Do your due diligence prior to purchasing to calculate the amount of custom fees you would owe when you receive your order. Be aware that you are purchasing in US dollars and the exchange rate for your country may be different if you are calculating custom or import fees.

Free Shipping 
We offer free shipping for orders over $150 in the contiguous USA. 
Orders with free shipping will be sent via the most economical method which is most commonly USPS Ground Shipping. Orders including items that are longer than 20 inches may be subject to an additional handling fee. This helps cover the additional cost of shipping larger items. If you have concerns about your shipping, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Changes To Orders
Once an order is placed, we cannot add, remove, or change any items/addresses in the order.

Incorrect Addresses
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, Camaj Fiber Arts assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out a replacement package or refund these orders.

If you realize that you submitted an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us through our Contact Us page to notify us immediately. We can only correct the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We assume no responsibility for lost or stolen packages and cannot ship out any replacement packages or refund these orders.
However, contact us if you package has not arrived and we can put a tracker out for it.  Otherwise we are not responsible for permanently lost or stolen packages or packages chewed up by your dog or run over by a car.


REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Printed materials.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@camajfiberarts.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@camajfiberarts.com and send your item to: 6221 Halyard Ct Rockledge Florida US 32955.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT

We ship packages that are sound and packed to prevent damage. On occasions, the shipping service can tear back or break open boxes causing damage to the contents.  If this happens:

1.  Contact the shipper to fill out a claim form.  The information to put on for Camaj Fiber Arts is

2.  Notify Mary at Camaj Fiber Arts that you have filed a claim.  

3.  Camaj Fiber Arts should get papers to also fill out.

4.  If Camaj Fiber Arts receives the money for damages they will do one of two things.

   Offer the buyer a full refund of the money collected from the claim.

   Or order more fiber and ship it to the buyer. Camaj Fiber Arts will incur shipping costs in this case
